The Palm Spring vacation home for rent is located in desirable south Palm Springs in the heart of a great walking neighborhood. Walking and hiking trails are located nearby along The Tahquitz River trail system. When you want to experience the vibrant downtown, you will only have to head less than two miles to the famed shops, restaurants, and attractions found on Palm Canyon Drive. If you want to have a little fun closer to home base, be sure to check out the Moorten Botanical Garden less than a mile away!

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 AM to 10 PM.
For stays 29 nights or more, additional discounts may be available, please contact Vacasa for more information.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
The twin beds can be set up as a king bed.

3 gals in town for Modernism Week could not have asked for a lovelier place to stay than this beautiful and comfy home. The location is outstanding, all of the furniture is comfortable and attractive, and all the little details were amazing - the soft linens on the beds, the shower products, the coffee and tea supplies, plenty of towels for the pool and hot tub, pool toys/floaties... just everything we could have thought of was there. I was so glad I found this place directly on Vacasa's website, as it was about 20% less expensive than a similar property on Airbnb! We absolutely loved our stay, and we're already dreaming of coming back again next year. Highly recommended!

This house was perfect for our vacation. The separate Casita worked out great for a group with multiple couples by giving everyone privacy and space. The family/TV room was so comfortable for movie nights and lounging. Large patio with pool and hot tub provided hours of fun. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to everything. We would rent this house again 100%.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this home and we really enjoy everything about it. I would just say there are a lot of mosquitos in the evening so be prepared with bug spray. Other than that, it’s great and we plan on coming back next year! Thanks!

We stayed here in June with myself, my husband, two daughters (ages 3 & 5) and mother and father-in-law (late 70's). The house was perfect for our family of 6. My in-laws stayed in the back house that is detached from the main house. They loved the privacy and we loved our separate space as well. There is plenty of room in the pool area and the house is fully equipped with pool inflatables. We brought our own, but never pumped them up. The kitchen has everything you need to cook all of your meals and there is plenty of space for everyone to sit around the table. There is an entertainment room with a large TV that was great for movie night. I read a comment about the A/C not cooling enough, but we didn't have any issues. It was over 100 degrees during the day and we were very comfortable inside. I will advise that Vacasa is very strict with check in time so don't try and check in an hour or so too early. We learned that the hard way! We had a plumbing issue during our stay and Vacasa came right out to fix the shower drain. We would definitely stay here again!

Owners control the AC and pool temperature remotely and set them to a max 76 and 86. 76 indoors is much to hot and needs to be 72. The pool is shaded all day and is too cold ay 86. It should be 90. It makes no mention of the limitations in the contract. The owners claim higher temps will cause equipment failure. But 72 and 90 aren't unreasonable and the owners are just being stingy. We paid for both items.

Hi, William! We are so glad you stayed with us and appreciate you taking the time to let us know how your experience was. Due to the extreme temperatures in the desert, we set all air conditioners to 76 degrees for optimal equipment performance; we can lower the temperature at a guest's request with the understanding they run the risk of freezing the unit and having no air conditioning at all until the issue is addressed. All of our pools are heated to 86 degrees. Thank you!

This house was beautifully appointed with every thing we could have wanted. The kitchen accomadated wonderful Christmas Eve and Day dinners. The out door spaces were delightful and the den was great with the fireplace. The neighborhood was lovely and it has close proximity to the shops in town. We had a great time.

Amazing couple of days with family at this wonderful home!! We loved every minute of it!! When we looked at the place, we haven`t even noticed how close it was to Downtown: easy 20 minute walk, or a 2 minute drive. The kiddos loved to splash around in the heated pool. The spacious family room with the cozy fireplace was definitely a plus! Thanks to the very detailed property manuals, we never had to interact with the management company. The reservations agents were super-helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this home and VPS! We will be back.

I have rented from Vacation Palm Springs for over 14 years. The staff is first class in every respect which plays a big role in why I book through them exclusively. This newly remodeled home was ideal. The main house is tastefully appointed and comfortable and close to everything. My guest stayed in the master and I preferred the casita which is all new and again nicely appointed. The pool was heated and the spa worked fine. As with some of the older homes you can only heat either the pool or the spa but that is easily remedied. Quiet street, private, clean and well done. I would rent this house again and highly recommend it. There’s two bedrooms in the main house, plus a bed in the casita. Plus a large living room with a large tv and fireplace Vacation Palm Springs takes great care of its guests and I’ll definitely rent this property again

We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend staying at this vacation rental in Palm Springs. The house was super clean and everything worked perfectly! The location is perfect if you`re wanting to be close to downtown, but far enough off from the busy streets that you feel like you`re at your own private resort. Our family had a wonderful experience renting this beautiful home in Palm Springs. The home was completely stocked with everything you would need. My oldest child and his friend stayed in the outside guests bedroom, while my husband, youngest and I stayed in the main house. The home is extremely comfortable and provided television in each bedroom, and an area for my husband to work during the mornings before we all headed out to explore. We highly recommend this property to all that are looking for a relaxing sun filled vacation rental experience. I recommend calling and asking to speak with Kris in the reservations department. She`s a delight and made the booking process seamless - we`ll definitely be back again....see you soon!
